Training of Your Blood Bank System Users

Typical training occurs at your site and lasts 4 days. Almost any size group can be accommodated.

- Review of your current database configuration with a focus on improving the current software operations, reducing errors and enhancing workflow and patient transfusion safety
- Comprehensive comparison of current functions to the new system version
- Navigation through all blood bank functions: administrative, product entry, product testing, patient order entry and test results, product issue, product status update and product correction, component modification, inventory search, patient linking, patient merging, patient locking, adding on tests and resulting the test, modifying tests and results, using worklist for patient or product testing, etc.
- Additional discussion of items such as attributes, gel technique, transfusion reaction, emergency release, etc.
